For example, if you use it for 7 hours, it will be the 6-hour package + 1 hour at the basic rate.

Terms of Use
Please read the following terms of use carefully before using our studio and use it only if you agree to these terms.

▪️Studio Usage Fees
* Stills: ¥18,000 (¥19,800 incl. tax) / hour | Movies: ¥20,000 (¥22,000 incl. tax) / hour
* Movie shoots with a total of 10 or fewer people (including staff, models, and performers) will be charged the Stills rate.
* The minimum usage time is 4 hours.
* A 20% surcharge applies from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
* Still photography that includes "making-of" filming will be charged the Movie rate.
* Cancellation Fees (for bookings on hold): Cancellation fees will be charged as a percentage of the estimated usage amount:
　 * 6-7 days prior: 20%　　 * 5 days prior: 30%　　 * 4 days prior: 40% 　　 * 3 days prior: 60%　　 * 2 days prior: 80%　　 * Day before, day of, or after final decision (regardless of days prior): 100%
* Payment: Payment must be made in cash for the first use. For subsequent uses, please pay into the designated account within 2 months of the usage date. Credit cards are not accepted.

▪️Business Hours
* Shooting is possible 24 hours a day (late night/early morning is for indoor studio use only, consultation required).
* Normal studio operating hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays.
* Phone reservation reception is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
* Shoots outside of normal hours (all day on weekends/holidays, and weekdays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day) require prior consultation.
* Please ensure entry and exit are strictly within the reserved time.
* Entry time is calculated from the start of set-in, and exit time is calculated upon completion of set-out. If this exceeds the reserved time, extension fees will be incurred.
* Same-day extensions are accepted only if possible.

▪️Hold and Final Decision
* Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis based on the Hold and Final Decision application.
* As a rule, we cannot shorten the studio usage time specified at the time of placing a Hold when making the Final Decision. Please be aware of this in advance.
* The validity period for a Hold is until 12:00 PM one week prior to the shooting date (for weekend reservations, until 6:00 PM the Friday of the preceding week). If a Final Decision notice is not received within this period, the Hold will become invalid.
* If a customer with a second or later Hold expresses intent to make a Final Decision, the customer with the first Hold will be asked to decide whether to confirm or cancel.
* Please note that if we contact the customer with the first Hold by phone or email and do not receive a reply or confirmation within 2 hours, we will reluctantly prioritize the customer expressing intent for a Final Decision.

▪️Usage Guidelines
* As no assistant is permanently stationed, we cannot assist with set-in/set-out.
* Set-in and set-out should, in principle, be done on the same day. For other cases, please consult us in advance.
* Shooting is not allowed outside the studio (e.g., on the road). Please refrain from stopping pedestrians or cars in transit.
* Please refrain from loud noise or conversation outdoors (garden or parking lot).
* Shooting that involves loud volumes, dangerous activities, or use that violates public order and morals is prohibited.
* If nuisance behavior toward neighbors is discovered, you will be required to apologize to the affected household and pay damages calculated by our company.
* In the event of a fire, you will be required to pay the full amount of damages calculated by our company.
* The use of fire, water, smoke machines, and hazardous materials is prohibited.
* Restrictions apply to the use of strobes after dark. Please consult us in advance regarding usage methods.
* Shoots involving pets or other animals require prior consultation.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the studio. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.
* Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Please be sure to change into slippers or indoor shoes. Also, please do not go outside while wearing indoor shoes.
* For shoots involving swimsuits, underwear, or significant skin exposure, please consult us in advance. If shooting, ensure the shooting scene is not visible from outside.
* Nude shooting for adult purposes (glamour-style swimsuit shooting is permitted) and shooting that violates public order and morals are prohibited.
* If the actual use differs from the content provided at the time of reservation, we may suspend the use.
* Even if use is suspended, you will be required to pay the usage fee for the reserved time.
* Staff may patrol the studio periodically to check the situation.
* In principle, the use of pushpins, nails, duct tape, or double-sided tape on walls, floors, windows, or doors is prohibited.
* Furniture and props in the studio can be used freely, but we have high-value items, including antiques and old wood materials.
* In case of breakage, damage, or theft of the building, equipment, etc., we will charge the cost for repair, replacement, or compensation.
* All moved furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original positions.
* Walls, floors, furniture, etc., may be replaced without notice. Please check at the time of reservation.
* Plants may unexpectedly wither, and we cannot guarantee the same condition as the photos on the website or during location scouting.
* We bear no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, damage, or theft within the studio premises (including indoors, outdoors, and the parking lot).
* The studio is not soundproof for simultaneous recording. Please check in advance and make a reservation at your own discretion. Please understand that the studio is not responsible if shooting is hindered on the day.
* All items requiring paid disposal, such as bulky waste, must be taken away by the user.
